- Additional Name Fee (Effective October 1, 2015): $2 for each party listed in excess of 20
- Condominium Maps: $21 per page
- Deeds (Effective October 1, 2011): $26 first 15 pages, $4 each additional page
- Deeds of Trust and Mortgages (Effective October 1, 2016): $64 first 35 pages, $4 each additional page
- Excise Tax: $2 per $1000 value ($1 per $500)
- Excise Tax Calculation on Deeds:
- August 1,1991 to Present - $2 per thousand
- January 1, 1968 to July 31, 1991 - $1 per thousand
- Prior to 1968 - $1.10 per thousand
- Instruments In General (Effective October 1, 2011): $26 first 15 pages, $4 each additional page
- Multiple Document Fee: $10 in addition to recording fee
- Non-Standard Documents: Additional $25 per document
- Plats: $21 per page
- Satisfaction Instruments: No Charge
- Subsequent Instrument (Assignments Only) (Effective June 26, 2012): $10 for each additional reference if more than one reference.
