On July 30, 2024, during a special check of a property in the Archdale Rd. area of Trinity, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Deputies observed a vehicle on the property and detained the driver, who was identified as Crystal Vance Spencer.
Upon approach to the back door of the residence, the deputy encountered Anthony Lynn Collins and detained him.
While clearing the residence, a third subject, later identified as Brian Wayne Crowe, jumped out the window of the attic and fled on foot. K9 Bronx was deployed to track Crowe and located him a short time later. Following the investigation, all three subjects were arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for charges, as follows:
Anthony Lynn Collins for felony breaking and/or entering and misdemeanor communicating threats. He was issued a $3,000 secured bond.
Crystal Vance Spencer for felony conspiracy and felony breaking and/or entering. She was issued a $3,000 secured bond
Brian Wayne Crowe for felony breaking and/or entering and misdemeanor resisting a public officer. No bond was issued based on the Pretrial Integrity Act.
A first appearance was set for July 31, 2024, in Randolph County District Court for all three subjects.
