On March 20, 2026, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office located Terry Allen Wilson, who had an active order for arrest for unpaid child support. He was arrested without incident and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center. During the booking process, suboxone strips were located in his possession. Due to Mr. Wilson possessing them on school property and jail premises, he was charged with felony possession of controlled substances on jail premises, felony possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of school property, as well as misdemeanor simple Schedule III possession. The magistrate found probable cause for the charges, issued a $50,000 secured bond, and ordered the defendant to appear in Randolph County District Court on March 23, 2026. For his child support OFA, he is subject to a $5,000 purge payment, which will remain in effect until paid or released by a judge.
