On October 9, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation related to the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. As a result of the investigation, Detectives located and seized a Trafficking amount of Methamphetamine and arrested Bobby Hester Fowler, II, on Main St. in Archdale. Also located and seized were Suboxone, US Currency and a firearm, which had been reported stolen.
Bobby Hester Fowler, II, was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for the charges of felony trafficking in methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule III, felony possess stolen firearm, felony possession of firearm by felon, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession marijuana up to ½ oz. He received no bond for these charges. A first appearance was set for October 10, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
He was served his outstanding order for arrest for Failure to Appear on felony drug charges out of Davidson County and received a $250,000 secured bond and is to appear in Davidson County Superior Court on November 6, 2023. He was also served an outstanding Warrant for Arrest for misdemeanor larceny out of Davidson County, which he was given a written promise to appear in Davidson County District Court on November 13, 2023.
