On December 4, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice Narcotics Unit, along with the Criminal Interdiction Team and the Emergency Response Team, concluded an investigation related to the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. A search warrant was executed at a residence on Rambling Rd. in Randleman. During the search, Detectives located and seized methamphetamine, cocaine, marijuana, and prescription medications. Also located and seized were two firearms along with ammunition, and US currency. As a result, four individuals were arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate found probable cause for the following charges:
Ezequiel Tejeda, Jr. was charged with two counts of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver sch IV controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a Schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor maintain a vehicle/dwelling/place for a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He received no bond.
Melissa Christina Hamm was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
Kirsten Nichole Seal was charged with felony possession of cocaine, and misdemeanor possess drug paraphernalia. She received no bond.
Eloir Rodriguez-Jimenez was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $50,000 secured bond plus Electronic House Arrest.
They all are scheduled for a first appearance on December 5, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
