On December 2, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Jordan Rd., Ramseur, in reference to trespassing. It was also advised that the male subject appeared to be under the influence of an impairing substance or alcohol.
Upon arrival, a male subject, matching the description of the one given, was located. He was identified as Justin Samuel Goforth. During subsequent search, illegal narcotics and paraphernalia were located. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center, where the magistrate issued no bond due to being out on pre-trial release. A first appearance was set for December 2, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
