On November 13, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office were advised Timmy Sam Gray had been booked into the Detention Center on an outstanding order for arrest for failure to appear. Gray had a warrant with extradition out of the state of Pennsylvania for failure to verify address/be photographed. A magistrate’s order for fugitive was issued and served without incident. The magistrate issued a $100,000 secured bond and a first appearance was set for November 14, 2025, in Randolph County District Court.
