On April 14, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Electronic House Arrest (EHA) Officers received information that Kelly Lamar Faircloth had been arrested in another jurisdiction and had illegal substances in his possession at the time.
An Order for Arrest was issued for Faircloth for an Electronic House Arrest Violation. Still confined he was served the order, and the magistrate issued a $50,000 secured bond with continued house arrest upon release.
Faircloth was placed on EHA with Randolph County Sheriff's Office on November 6, 2024.
