On December 16, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded multiple times to Silkwood Rd., Ramseur.
During the second response, which was in reference to an assault, two individuals admitted to assaulting one another and both individuals wished to press charges against the other. Both Rashun Unique Allmond and Analyssa Skylar Dale were placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center.
Allmond was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and Dale was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Both individuals were brought before the magistrate where Allmond was issued a Written Promise to appear and Dale was issued a $1,500 Secure Bond.
Deputies responded to a third call on Silkwood Drive in reference to an armed person. Upon arrival, deputies located a firearm that had been reported stolen. Following the investigation, Connseula Reyes Bautista was placed under arrest and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony larceny of a firearm and felony possession of a stolen firearm.
During the booking process, Bautista and Dale saw each other which caused an additional scene inside the booking area. Bautista was assisted into a holding cell and Dale assaulted staff and law enforcement officers who were assisting in the containment. Dale was additionally charged with two counts of felony malicious conduct by a prisoner, two counts of misdemeanor assault on a government official/employee, and misdemeanor resisting a public officer. She was issued a total of $75,000 in secured bond. Both parties involved are set to appear in Randolph County District Court on December 17, 2024.
