On December 1, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to Worthville Rd., Randleman, in reference to a call regarding trespassing. During the investigation, it was determined that Christian Isaac Garcia did not have a valid driver’s license and had four outstanding orders for arrest. During a subsequent search, illegal substances were located. Garcia was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause for felony possession with intent to sell/deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana, felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession marijuana paraphernalia. He was also served his outstanding orders for arrest. Garcia was issued a $70,000 total secured bond and a first appearance was set for December 2, 2024, in Randolph County District Court.
