On May 30, 2024, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Apprehension Team (CAT) apprehended Gregory Chase Underwood on Holder Inman Road, Pleasant Garden, who was wanted out of Randolph County on charges of Domestic Order Violation, and a True Bill of Indictment for felony assault with a deadly weapon. Underwood had fled the state and recently returned.
He was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where he was taken before the magistrate and issued a $10,000 secured bond and issued a No Bond due to Domestic with a condition of EHA and set the first appearance for May 31, 2024, at the Randolph County Court House.
