Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Planning Board usually meets on the first Tuesday following the first Monday of each month. The meetings are held in the 1909 Historic Courthouse Meeting Room, 145-C Worth St, Asheboro, NC 27203. The meetings start at 6:00 pm. Current Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment agendas and agenda packets can be found by going to the Agendas & Minutes page.
Approved Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment minutes and agendas for all past meetings can be found on the Public Documents portal. Errors in conversion or transmission are possible. The minutes are not posted until after they are approved by the Planning Board or Zoning Board of Adjustment.
